First Aid Friday: Drowning Information/Safety tips from other blogs

I was reading one of the food blogs that I like, Our Best Bites, when I read a post about one of the children needing to be rescued from the water.  I thought she had great reminders for us all--even if we aren't going to be swimming until next summer.  Now as well as then is a good time to review our own water safety.  I think she and the links she shared are well written so I won't go through all the safety rules and such that we could and should know, especially when we have or are around children, simply hop on over to her post and recommit yourself to learning and reviewing water safety before you go swimming again.
