I love sausage, but it isn't the healthiest of foods to eat often. Here is a recipe that allows me to have the taste of sausage but in a much healthier version!!!!
The seasoning mix and recipe has been adapted from one found in the book "Amazing Wheat", but customized to my tastes--I think it tastes like real sausage and is so simple to make using cooked cracked wheat. Enjoy!
