Kroger, Bi-Lo, Piggly Wiggly all have customer cards that allow you to earn fuel perks and other rewards. Kroger: spend 100 in participating grocery=.10 off gallon at participating Shell stations or earn up to $1 off at Kroger gas stations, Bi-Lo for every 50 spend on participating items get .05 off at participating Sunoco stations (up to 20 gallons only).
