Taste Test Tuesday: Baked Wontons

Homemade Wontons are rather easy to make when you have a food processor and pasta maker on hand, but even without these, they aren't too hard, simply mix and roll out the dough real thin, cut and fill.  Being chicken filled and baked rather than fried, these wontons obviously will taste different from those you may get at a restaurant, but they are still yummy.

Vary the recipe to fit your own tastes--using different meats, sauces, etc.  Instead of a meat filled wonton, you could also do a dessert filled wonton--use pie filling or other fruit filling (fresh, frozen or dried).

You could also replace some of the white flour with wheat flour.
