Taste Test Tuesday: Roasted Potato Quiche

The picture isn't very good, I by far am not a professional, but the food is good.  I used dry milk to make the milk for this recipe, as well as the dry veggies and eggs.  I did use store bought potatoes, but this would probably work using the dried diced potatoes.  It was different having potatoes instead of a crust, but it was still good and it used food storage!
