I adapted this recipe for Monte Cristo sandwiches by using dry eggs rather than fresh, it worked out pretty good! Ham and cheese sandwiches are good by themselves, but also very good grilled. French toast is also very good. Now to combine them--making a french toast ham and cheese sandwich. This isn't a new idea, but a good one all the same.
